H/P has nice apts.with reasonable rents and they will come to your place with any maintenence problems and fix them. I have never lived in an apt. that were so well maintained. You can even bring your pets with you. they also accept rental asisstance.

I appreciate how hard the staff works for this community. The friendly staff is one of the main reasons I still live here. It feels like a small village in such a large complex.

I would tell them that i love living there but that some things there need to change, I wish that The hallways would get cleaned and that the safety of the tenants were met.

I feel blessed to have the Apt I was moved in to, My windows over look the pool area, I had family visit one day and said they thought it was a spa or a nice resort view !! Staff are always very polite friendly and helpful when ever I have an issue, I do wish the pool area was open as late on the weekends, I don't understand why you keep the pool open so late during the week and close it so early on weekends, I think it should be the other way around
